*By purchasing a sponsorship or tickets and attending Izzy's Cocktails by the Castle Event, you voluntarily assume any and all risks of exposure to COVID-19 and expressly agree to forever waive, release and discharge The Izzy Foundation and its employees, directors, contractors, representatives and volunteers from any and all liability, claims or causes of action of any kind related thereto. However, The Izzy Foundation will be following the Rhode Island Health Department State guidelines and we will be providing sanitization stations to assure safety standards are met.
