Izzy’s love of Cheetos originated with “Auntie Stuckey” who is a Co-Founder and the Vice President of The Izzy Foundation. Ashley, along with Jeannine Connolly and Izzy’s parents, created The Izzy Foundation which started as a small fundraising birthday party in the park to help defray costs of her stem cell transplant in Germany. The Izzy Foundation has since grown to national and international notoriety. Ashley hails from New Orleans and is a Gynecologic Oncologist and breast surgeon at Women and Infants/Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island.
