John Czerwein, MD

John is a native Rhode Islander who resides in RI with his two wonderful daughters Peyton and Remington; as well as his loving wife, Melissa. John attended Providence College as an undergrad where he received his Bachelor of Science. He then attended medical school at The Chicago Medical School followed by an Orthopedic residency at Montefiore Medical Center/Albert Einstein University in New York. He completed his training with an Orthopedic Spine fellowship at University Orthopedics in RI. He is now a partner at The Center for Orthopedics, an affiliate of University Orthopedics in Johnston, RI. John became friends with Kurt and Kyle Wohlrab while in medical school and has since reconnected with Kyle once back in Rhode Island. John lives in Rhode Island with his wife Melissa and their children.
